What we do

Longblackveil's Shred of Lace is a one woman business specializing in what turns this one woman's head and makes her heart flutter. It started with photos of the Dave Matthews Band that she acquired the rights to, and will eventually include some jewelry and other articles most likely produced by her.
I sell what I personally enjoy. Right now, what I have are these photos, which you may purchase in various forms, from individual shots, to sets, to prints on shirts and posters (at least these services are planned). I hope to expand the business to include jewelry I make, and other articles, but these are still in the vision stage. I am always aiming to please and welcome constructive suggestions. =)
My mission is to provide the very best service I can at decent prices. I believe in going the extra mile and will do my best to serve the customer as I would appreciate being served under the circumstances. I am thankful for your business and for your "dropping by". I sell earrings on ebay!

Our business history

My company began as an idea around Christmas of 2000, when I came across a seller on ebay auctioning off his original photo negatives of Dave Matthews Band pictures that he had taken. I thought I could sell prints just as he had done, while adding a few special touches of my own. This culminated in the site you are now browsing =). I have always wanted to work for myself, and always wanted my living to be made in the areas of writing, the arts, and music. This is part of my dream!


What makes us unique

I don't want to sell things that I wouldn't like or want to own or buy myself. That means I'm a fan of the music related material on my site, an admirer of the artists I speak of or show, and a buyer/owner of the kinds of things I sell. I'm here as a fan, as a music lover, and as a creative soul. You can rest assured that my goods come from someone selling from love, and not just from someone out for your money. Although I definitely appreciate your money and thank you for spending it with me--that's not the only reason I'm here...I want to share these things I've come across with you. Your money helps keep me in business, and maybe even bringing you new delights to look at and purchase!
